Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at diallo.o10@icloud.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label — no label fee, no restocking fee.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and processed, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
